We process the personal data that we receive from you in the course of a business relationship for the purpose of communication. If you contact us via the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of further questions or evidence. We do not pass this data on to third parties without your consent. We store your data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose – in the case of enquiries until they have been dealt with, plus a reasonable follow-up period, and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations apply (in particular seven years under § 212 UGB and § 132 BAO) or where the data is required to assert legal claims. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiating and performing a contract or handling your enquiry) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective and existing business partners); where statutory retention obligations apply, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We do not transfer data to third parties unless this is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract. If there is a legal obligation, your data will also be passed on to public bodies and institutions (e.g. tax authorities, insurance companies, …). To provide this website we use processors that handle personal data solely on our instructions: the hosting provider of this website and the provider of the cookie notice. You will find details in the sections “Access Data” and “Cookies”.

Upon request, we will inform you whether and which personal data we have stored about you. If, despite our efforts to ensure that the data is correct and up to date, incorrect information has been stored, we will correct this at your request. You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection of your stored data under the conditions of the applicable data protection law. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. For security reasons, we use an SSL certificate on our website, which you can recognise in the address line of the browser by the addition “https://”, the term “secure”, a “lock symbol” or similar. This significantly increases security when transmitting data via forms.

The provider collects data on every access to this website in the form of “server log files”. These include the address (URL) of the page accessed, the date and time of access, the volume of data transferred, the operating system and browser programme used and the IP address used for access. The log data is only used for statistical evaluations, for the purpose of optimising the offer and for troubleshooting. However, the provider reserves the right to check the server log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

This website is hosted by Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated; EU representative: Lovable Labs AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden) on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Where personal data is transferred to third countries – in particular the USA – this is done on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. In addition, the hosting provider processes server log data as well as aggregated or anonymised usage data for analytics, security, billing and product development purposes as an independent controller.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure, stable and error-free operation of this website).

This website uses the cookie consent tool CookieHub, provided by CookieHub ehf (Iceland), to obtain, display and store your cookie preferences. This involves processing technical data (such as IP address, device and browser information) and a cookie named “cookiehub” in which your choice is stored for 365 days. The fonts on this website are loaded exclusively from our own server. No third-party fonts – in particular none from Google Fonts – are loaded, so no data is transferred to third parties. In addition, a technical policy of this website (Content Security Policy) ensures that stylesheets and fonts can only be loaded from our own server and from the provider of the cookie notice.
